Of course we are extremely happy with every aspect of your shop, from comfort in the waiting area to courteous personnel to expert mechanical service. | Had a problem booking online. Called to verify appointment and was told it didn?t show up on the computer. Was able to get original appointment that I requested. Should have had the car back the same day for a rear brake job and transmission fluid change but didn?t get it back until the next day. They had the car for 27 hours. They did give a 10% discount though |

| I was counseled about a brand of tires I wasn't familiar with when it was time to put new tires on and I've had them on a couple weeks now and have been pleased with them. I appreciate their knowledge. They've been a good auto service home for me. |

| The only problem is that there is a chirping sound now when i start my car and the air condition is on. it sounds like belt squeak. thats the only reason why i gave a 4 for quality. 4 for value cuz i mean hey, things can always be less expensive =ing better. and i gave an overall 4 because there is always ways that a business can improve itself. I never give 5's but you guys are AWESOME. thanks. |

| Very friendly service, with prompt status notifications. In my case they did not find the problem right away and I had to go back for another visit, though it was an unusual issue. Clean and professional environment. I'll go for my other car too when time comes. |
